Professionally Judged Car Show |
Our car show starts on Saturday and ends on Sunday. All entries for judging are looked at by our tech officials and classed by them. Cars are judged for quality & cleanliness. We offer 49 Stock classes, 6 Street or modified classes, 2 Custom classes and 1 Pro Street class for all Pontiac, Oakland, & GMC vehicles. Trophies are awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. The Awards Ceremony is on Sunday |
WEEKEND PRICE $40.00 Car & driver for a Weekend Car show entry Professional judging on Saturday and Sunday Ames Performance Buffet for 2 The vehicle must be registered for the show Drive through the tech line before picking up your window card & judging form Additional people would pay spectator admission for the weekend A Sunday Only judged car show entry is available for $30.00 Car & driver |
Ames Performance presents “Best in Class” trophies to 5 Best of Catagories Full size ** Grand Prix ** GTO/Judge ** Firebird/Trans Am Open (Any vehicles not in the other 4 categories) These trophies are awarded to the highest scoring stock & street vehicles from the combined classes. Ames Performance Best in Class winners receive a FREE entry into next year’s event. Presented at the Sunday award ceremony |
Saturday specialty awards Editor's Choice Awards presented by High Performance Pontiac Magazine, Pontiac Enthusiast Magazine, Smoke Signals Magazine These specialty awards are given away on Saturday afternoon. |
All vehicles need to be registered & in place by these cut-off time to be judged. Saturday is 1:00 p.m. - Sunday is Noon. There is no car washing facility available at the track. |
A TROPHY MAILING SERVICE is available if you cannot pick up your trophy. We hold trophies for 1 year and always have them available at the next year’s event. |
Pontiacs on Parade is a special parking area for cars that are on display and do not want to be judged. We register your car at the Pontiacs on Parade parking and you receive a Window card for display and a special dash plaque. Pontiacs on Parade entries DO NOT include the Ames Performance Buffet. Truck & Trailer parking is available inside the facility. Please ask at the gate when you come in. |
