Our swap meet is setup so the Pontiac enthusiast can find that elusive part they need for their vehicle. For that reason Swap vendors are asked to primarily sell USED or NOS parts only.
WEEKEND PRICE $45.00 includes 1 - 15’ x 30’ space and 1 person Ames Performance Buffet for 2 on Saturday night additional spaces can be purchased in advance or at the event Set-up times are listed below Swap vendors must pay for a camping space in the campground or motorhome parking Additional people would pay spectator admission for the weekend

Swap Meet rules:
Vendors primary sales should be used or NOS parts. Old literature, Old Pontiac items and memorabilia are OK.
Cars for sale can also be parked on a swap meet space.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED AS YOUR PRIMARY PRODUCT FOR SALE IN THE SWAP MEET Tools, car care products, lubricants, specialty car products, t-shirts & apparel, handcrafts, belts, diecast, sunglasses, etc, are not allowed to be sold in the swap meet. If you want to sell these items at the event, call Super Duty Promotions for a Midway Vendor space.
No extra trucks or trailers will be allowed on the swap meet field. After you have unloaded, your extra vehicles can be parked in the spectator lot (Wilson's Lot) west of the gate. Trucks with trailers can be parked in the designated trailer parking lot.
If we send a vendor to a space and your truck or trailer is parked in it - you will be charged $20.00 for the additional space used.
NO swap vendor vehicles or trailers can be parked in the Car Show fields or Motorhome spaces.

NO Food or Beverage is to be sold in the swap meet field.
Midway vendor space is available for vendors selling new products. Call Super Duty Promotions at (419) 663-7383 for a Midway vendor space.
SET-UP TIMES THURSDAY SET-UP IS FOR PRE-REGISTERED VENDORS ONLY Thursday, August 5 - Noon to 6:00 p.m. All the gates will be LOCKED after 6 p.m. No Security on Thursday night, no camping available.
After 6 p.m. park in the vendor line in Linder's Lot.
All Swap Vendors coming in on Friday will pull into Linder’s Lot. That is where you will get your credentials & parking pass. The ticket sellers will let you know which gate to go to after you have your tickets. Friday, August 6 - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 7 - 8:00 a.m. to Noon Sunday, August 8 - 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Security will be provided Friday & Saturday night
