When you come to the Pontiac Nationals, you do not want to miss our huge swap meet. We get over 250 vendors!

Vendors who purchased spaces in 2024 will receive an order form to reserve their spaces for 2025.

     There will be a waiting list maintained until the all previous year vendors have had a chance to pay for their spaces.
      After any changes had been done for 2024 Vendors, we will contact new vendors from the waiting list.

When all Previous and Wait List vendors have been contacted, any spaces left will be made available to the public
on or about May 1st.

Thursday set up - Noon to 6:00 pm.
Wilson's Parking lot on the west side of the track will open at 8:00 a.m. for Vendor Stacking

Friday set up - 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Before 8:00 am - vendors with wristbands & parking passes can enter through the pit gate on Route 601

Saturday set up - 8:00 am to Noon

Vehicles and trailers must fit onto your space or be parked in the North 40 or spectator parking. Do not park in any spaces along the track.

Swap Meet Rules

Vendors primary sales should be used or NOS parts. Used literature, Pontiac memorabilia is OK too.   Cars for sale can be parked on your space

These items are prohibited as your primary product for sale in the swap meet: Tools, diecast, toys, car care products, lubricants, specialty car products, t-shirts & apparel, handcrafts, belts, sunglasses, etc.   Midway vendor space is available for vendors selling these products. No Food or Beverage is to be sold in the swap meet field.

Turning in your entry card is Mandatory. This will verify your attendance and secure your renewal for the next year.

Super Duty Promotions reserves the right to deny renewal rights for unused spaces(s).

Subleasing is prohibited and will result in the loss of renewal rights.   Contact Super Duty Promotions Ltd about your options if you cannot attend the event.

Vendors must conduct all business from within their assigned spaces. No solicitation, services, marketing, signs, flyers, or other business shall be staffed or conducted outside of assigned spaces without the written consent of Super Duty Promotions Ltd.

Extra truck and/or trailer parking is located in the field North of the swap meet.   Do not park in any spaces along the track.

NO swap vendor vehicles or trailers can be parked in the Car Show field(s) or Motorhome spaces.

CAMPING on the Swap Meet field will be an additional fee of $80.00. Units must be self contained. No electricity, no hookups. No dumping of wastewater is allowed at the track. Discharging of tanks will be an immediate cause for removal. All campers must display a camping placard for security. No fires are permitted on the Swap meet field.
