Super Duty Promotions Ltd Refund Policy
Refunds can be requested 1 week before the event starts due to family hardship or an inability to attend the event (broken race car, show car unavailable, etc.) A request can be made by phone, email, or by mailing in the pre-entry tickets that the customer received.
Family emergencies, an event that happens in the week leading up to the Pontiac Nationals, will be approved on a case by case basis. Every effort should be made to request the refund BEFORE the event starts on Friday. A refund may be issued as a credit to the next year's event.
All refunds are processed after the event is completed. All pre-entry tickets are verified before any refunds are processed. As long as the customer's pre-entry tickets have not been used at the event, we will issue the refund. If the customer has returned the pre-entry tickets, that will speed up the refund process.

A determination of a rain out will be made at the event. Summit Motorsport Park has a very aggressive customer service policy. Our event is covered by the B Guarantee, the track's guarantee of guest satisfaction for all who attend the event. Super Duty Promotions takes customer service seriously and every effort is made to complete the event to the satisfaction of the participants and spectators.

What happens if it rains?
Drag Racing is a sport that relies on a dry racing surface for competition. To combat precipitation on the drag strip, Summit Motorsports Pak uses a combination of five machines, including a state of the art Jet Engine to dry the track. President Bill Bader, Jr. is persistent at times. Sometimes, though, Mother Nature prevents a race from completing. If an event is cancelled due to inclement weather, the promoter of the race, i.e. Summit Motorsports Park, NHRA, Super Duty Promotions, or NMRA, etc. will make the call regarding rain checks- and only at the time of cancellation. We will not speculate or predict what will happen if a race is cancelled. We are optimists!! Every race will be run to completion!
